I’ve been dilly dallying the last few weeks with my sewing. I have had great intentions but just haven’t got to the sewing machine. So I signed up for the Friday Night Sew In to give myself a kick start.
I want to make the Calico Rose Quilt with a black background. The first picture in the link is the picture of the quilt that inspired me. I’d love to post the picture here but I don’t want to use a picture that isn’t mine.
I’ve got scraps galore ready.
I even have some “twosies” sewn and ironed
And a pile ready to sew into strips of four to make up the 16 patches in the star centres. I enjoying sewing these.
Now to get sewing.
