Posted on January 22, 2020June 11, 2020

CT byHere is my first finish for 2020! The dog themed blocks were from a small bag of material found at Value Village a second hand store and the solid blocks were from fat quarters that were in my stash. It will be donated to the guild’s outreach program in February.

Starstruck is a Finish!

Posted on November 17, 2019June 11, 2020

I’m happy that my Starstruck quilt is finally finished! About time!   This one is going on the wall in my sewing room! I just love how the colours glow against the black background! There isn’t a lot of wall space in the room as I have shelves up so I’m hoping this will just…

Cinema at Seven is Quilted!

Posted on November 3, 2019June 11, 2020

Doll Quilts

Posted on October 27, 2019June 11, 2020

And black and white, what could be better to use with bright scraps? A simple churn dash block I thought would show…

One of my big goals this year is getting old projects finished. I’ve had some new starts this year (of course!) but so far I’ve managed to complete 17 projects were started prior to 2019. I’m very pleased with that and hope to get a few more done before the end of the year! This…

En Provence Quilted

Posted on October 1, 2019June 11, 2020

We finally quilted En Provence the Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt from 2016/2017 this May. I made the quilt in Bonnie’s colourway and am quite pleased with how it turned out. How can I not be when purple is my favourite colour? Marc helped me quilt it on the long arm quilting machines that Whirls and…
